Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Good food. Convenient bus service. Spacious parking.
For us, it was ideal.

The single room that I stayed in was rather basic but comfortable enough. I had to say the best thing was the staff, who were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast choices were not limited to the buffet serving fresh fruits and other cold items, the kitchen would prepare eggs (in your preferred way), bacon and the like.
The only thing might be the lack of an elevator, but the reception staff was more than willing to help taking my medium-sized luggage up to my room.

This is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are courteous and go beyond what is expected. For example, I got a parking ticket that I didn't know how to pay, and one of the staff volunteered to pay it for me and bring me the receipt the following day (I reimbursed him). Breakfast out on the front patio is very nice, with white-cloth service and good expresso. The absolutely kitschy decor (statues, rose-shaped pillows, etc) are like something your grandmother would have decorated with back in the '70s, but this kitsch just adds to the uniqueness and odd charm of the hotel.
The desk in the room was in an awkward position.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, but the location was quite far from the main city attractions. the rooms were kept clean, and the breakfast selection was good. the noise level of other guests could be heard through the thin walls.
The hotel lacked amenities such as a pool, gym, or any recreational activities.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city,Staff were really helpful and so polite. The room was very comfortable & the air conditioning was very efficient. The food & service can only be described as excellent, the best we had on the whole holiday.

The stuff is wonderful, the hotel is exceptionally clean, the meals in the restaurant are exquisite. We checked-in very late, kitchen was closed, but the guys made us sandwiches, picked us a bottle of gorgeous red wine and made us feel at home. We liked very much the fact that it is a bit out of the city center - it is very pleasant to move in the evening to this quiet residential neighbourhood, and have a good night sleep among the fresh air and greenery. There's a dedicated free hotel parking, including some closed garage cells - our bikes were safe and dry throughout our stay. Thanks again, guys!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always available to help me. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast provided was basic but had ample options to choose from. The hotel also had good facilities like free Wi-Fi, spacious and cosy rooms with furniture to store things, and a safe private parking lot in front of the hotel. The hotel's location was in a quiet neighbourhood with easy transportation options available.
Hard to think of anything.

Good for drivers and comfortable stay. Hotel is conveniently located next to a park and well-positioned for Eastern parts of the city. There is plenty of parking available. the breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day, with a tasty variety of dishes that offer a great value for the money.
Far from public transport and noisy at times. It is a bit out of the way if not traveling by car, meaning public transport is not the best option.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was peaceful as it is away from the centre. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was an easy drive into the centre of Zagreb. We ate at the restaurant every evening and the food was delicious.

Spent the New Year at this cozy hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to offer advice on the best ways to get around. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the suburbs, and it was easy to access public transport directly from the hotel. The spacious rooms were well-equipped and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. One of the best things about this hotel is that it had a free and reliable Wi-Fi connection, which let us stay connected and share our experiences with others.
The only downside about this hotel was the distance from the city center. We had to take a bus and a tram, which could take up to 45 minutes, and this made it a bit difficult to explore the city at night.
